The trick is not looking like you're trying

Most ads announce themselves. Something about the lighting, the voice, the energy. People clock it in half a second and keep scrolling, and honestly, fair.

I do the quieter version. Talk to the camera like it's a person I already know. No performance, no pitch face, none of that voice people use when they're reading. It just sounds like someone telling you about a thing. People stick around for that, mostly because they forget it's an ad.

The process isn't complicated. You tell me about your business, I figure out the part that sounds like a human instead of a brochure, and I say that part on camera. That's the whole thing.
