This Privacy Policy explains how Mint Green Creative ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit mintgreencreative.com. We keep things simple: we collect only what helps us understand site traffic, measure our ads and respond to you, and we never sell your information.
Information we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. It collects aggregated, non-identifying information such as the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, a search engine or social link), your general geographic region, and your device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It does not collect your name or contact details.
Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel on this site so we can tell whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work. It records things like the pages you visit here, a request you send or a purchase you make, along with technical details such as your browser and IP address. When you send an ad review request or buy from us, our server also tells Meta about it through Meta's Conversions API, including a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address so Meta can match it to an ad you saw. We never send Meta your answers or your messages. Meta's use of this information is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Ad review requests. If you ask for a free ad review, we collect your name, email address, business website, your answers to the form's questions, any Facebook Page or Ad Library link you add, and which ad or link brought you to the page. We use it to reply to you, to look at your business's public ads (including an automatic search of the public Meta Ad Library for your business), and to recommend our creative services. We email you about your request and the creative work it is about. Sending a request never signs you up for a newsletter. We keep your request until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it.
Contact form. If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. This is delivered to us through our form provider, Formspree, and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Orders. If you buy from us, Stripe processes your payment. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We keep your name, email address, what you ordered and what you sent us to deliver the work.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel). In addition, embedded YouTube videos on our Projects page may set cookies from Google/YouTube when you interact with them. You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. You can control the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
