The fine print, in plain English

Order terms

For The Next-Day Ad. The short version comes first, and placing an order means you agree to all of it.

Last updated October 22, 2026

The short version

  • One Meta video ad, up to 60 seconds (about 150 words), performed by me from my script or yours, edited and captioned, plus any hook variations you added.
  • Due 24 hours after you send your order details. A weekend, one of my days off or a day that's already full can move it to the next work day with room, due by 5 pm Mountain. You see the exact time before you order and again in your email.
  • Your card is held when you order and charged when your ad is delivered. If I turn your order down, I release the hold.
  • If I'm late, you pay nothing: the hold is released and you keep the ad.
  • Send your details within 48 hours of ordering, or the hold is released and the order is cancelled. Nothing is charged.
  • If the ad misses your brand or your offer, tell me within 7 days and I reshoot it once, free, due 24 hours after you ask, on the same work-day rules.
  • Yours to run in your own marketing for twelve months from delivery. For an agency, that covers the one client you ordered it for. You can't resell it, dub it, put new lines in my mouth or make AI copies of my face or voice.

What you're buying

One Meta video ad for your business, performed by me on camera from my script or yours, and delivered edited and captioned. Every ad is:

  • Up to 60 seconds (about 150 words)
  • Filmed on one of my sets
  • Captioned, and delivered as three files: 9:16 for Reels and Stories, 4:5 for feeds, and 1:1
  • Delivered on your private order page, and emailed to you

Hook variations

A hook variation is the same ad with a different opening, the first few seconds. I film each opening as its own take, so each version is its own ad you can test. Up to five per order, at the price shown when you order.

Not included

  • Running, managing or testing your ads
  • Access to your ad account
  • Showing or demonstrating a physical product
  • More than one setting per ad
  • Holding your industry for you: I may film ads for other businesses in it

What I need from you

Right after checkout, a short form asks for your order details:

  • Your website (required)
  • What you want viewers to do, like book a call, buy or sign up (required, unless you give me your Meta Ad Library or Facebook page link and I can read it from your ads)
  • Your Ad Library or Facebook page link, your own script, notes, and anything you can't say (all optional)

The less you send, the less I have to work from, so send what you can. If you send your own script, keep it to about 150 words. Without one, I write it from your website and what you want viewers to do, and from the ads you're running now if you add your Ad Library link.

The facts about your business are yours to stand behind: your prices, your offer and any claim about results. I only put on camera what you can back up.

When it's due

Your ad is due 24 hours after you send your order details. The clock starts then, never at payment, so nothing is ticking while you fill in the form.

  • My work days are Monday to Friday. If the 24 hours would end on a weekend or a day I'm off, the ad is due the next work day by 5 pm Mountain.
  • Details sent on a weekend or a day off are due no earlier than 5 pm Mountain on the next work day.
  • I take a set number of ads each day. When a day is full, the next order is due on the next work day with room, by 5 pm Mountain.

The order page shows the exact time before you order, and your confirmation email repeats it once your details are in.

How the payment works

When you order, your bank sets the total aside. It shows as pending on your card. I charge it when I deliver your ad.

  • If I deliver after the due time, I release the hold, you pay nothing, and you keep the ad.
  • If you don't send your details within 48 hours of ordering, I release the hold and cancel the order. Nothing is charged.
  • If your order is something I can't put my face on, I tell you, release the hold and you pay nothing.

A released hold drops off your card on your bank's timetable, usually within a few business days.

The reshoot

If the ad misses your brand or your offer, tell me what missed within 7 days of delivery and I reshoot it once, free. The reshoot is due 24 hours after you ask, on the same work-day rules. On hook variations, I reshoot the part that missed, the body or the hook. How an ad performs isn't something a reshoot covers.

Using the ad

You can run the ad for twelve months from the day I deliver it, for the business you ordered it for: in paid ads on any platform, on your social pages, on your website and in your emails. If you're an agency, that covers the one client you ordered it for.

You can

  • Trim it, and add your own captions, text and logo
  • Run it as often and as widely as you like during the twelve months

You can't

  • Put words in my mouth: no dubbing, no new lines, and no AI copies of my face or voice
  • Resell it, or hand it to another business

After twelve months, take it out of your ads. Posts you published during the year can stay up. Want it running longer? Ask me before the year is up and I'll quote a renewal.

I keep the rights to the footage, the script and my likeness. I may show the ad as a sample of my work unless you ask me not to.

What I won't make

I'm a spokesperson, so I never pose as a customer, give a testimonial or claim a result I haven't had. I write to Meta's advertising rules.

What I can't control

Results depend on your offer, your audience, your budget and Meta. I can't promise a specific result. Meta decides which ads it approves. I write to its rules, and approval is its call.

If something goes wrong

Reply to your confirmation email, or email hello@mintgreencreative.com, before you go to your bank. I'd rather fix it.

The legal bits

  • My total responsibility for an order is capped at what you paid for it.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
  • If I update these terms, the version shown when you ordered is the one that applies to your order.
