What you’re buying

Meta video ads for your business, written, filmed and edited by me, on camera myself. They come in two kinds:

• Unique ads: each one has its own concept, script and visual approach
• Hook variations: one ad filmed once, with several hooks (openings) cut onto it, so each hook is its own ad you can test. Ten hook variations are two ads with five hooks each.

Every ad is:

• Up to 60 seconds each
• Vertical (9:16), captioned, ready to upload
• Delivered as files on your private order page, and emailed to you

Not included

• Running, managing or testing your ads
• Access to your ad account
• Fixing your funnel, landing page or offer
• Other sizes or lengths
• Filming scripts you write. I write every script, because the promises below ride on them.

The 3-month package

The same pack every month for three months, paid once, for about 10% less than three single orders. Month one starts with the form you fill in after paying. Months two and three open 30 and 60 days after you pay. I email you a few days before each one opens, and each month has its own form and its own delivery date, counted from that form and never from before the month opens.

The first promise below covers single orders only. The other three cover every month of a package.

What I need from you

After you pay, a one-minute form asks for two things: a link to your best-performing ad, and the number you want lower, like cost per lead or cost per booked call. That number is what the first promise below is judged on, so pick the one you care about. A 3-month package asks again each month.

The facts about your business are yours to stand behind: your prices, your offer and any claim about results. I only put on camera what you can back up.

When you get them

Within three business days of your form landing for one or three ads, and five business days for five or ten. Business days are Monday to Friday, leaving out US public holidays. The clock starts when the form lands, so nothing is ticking while you get to it.

The promises

Lower it, or your money back (single orders)

Run the ads against your winner for a week or two. If none of them comes in under your winner on the number you named, in your own Ads Manager over the same period, send me a screenshot within 30 days of delivery. You choose: the same pack again free, or a full refund. One claim per order, and if you take the refund, stop running the ads. This covers single orders, not the 3-month package.

On time, or your money back

If I miss the date, I refund that order in full, or that month of a package, and you keep the ads.

Wrong for you, I reshoot

If an ad misses your brand or your offer, tell me what missed within 7 days of delivery and I reshoot that ad once, free. On hook variations, I reshoot the part that missed, the body or the hook. How the ads perform is covered by the first promise.

Out before I start

Change your mind before I start writing and you get all of it back. On a 3-month package, any month I haven’t started writing comes back to you. Reply to your receipt.

Every refund goes back to the card you paid with.

Using the ads

You can run each ad for twelve months from the day I deliver it, for the business whose ad you sent me: in paid ads on any platform, on your social pages, on your website and in your emails. If you’re an agency, that covers the one client whose ad you sent.

You can

• Trim them, and add your own captions, text and logo
• Run them as often and as widely as you like during the twelve months

You can’t

• Put words in my mouth: no dubbing, no new lines, and no AI copies of my face or voice
• Resell them, or hand them to another business

After twelve months, take them out of your ads. Posts you published during the year can stay up. Want one running longer? Ask me before the year is up and I’ll quote a renewal.

I keep the rights to the footage, the scripts and my likeness. I may show the ads as samples of my work unless you ask me not to.

Your niche

For 180 days after I film for you, I won’t knowingly film ads for a direct competitor of yours.

What I won’t make

I’m a spokesperson, so I never pose as a customer, give a testimonial or claim a result I haven’t had. I write to Meta’s advertising rules. If your offer is something I can’t put my face on, I’ll tell you before I start and refund you in full.

What I can’t control

Results depend on your offer, your audience, your budget and Meta. I can’t promise a specific result, and the first promise above is your remedy if the number doesn’t move. Meta decides which ads it approves. I write to its rules, and approval is its call.

If something goes wrong

Reply to your receipt, or email hello@mintgreencreative.com, before you go to your bank. I’d rather fix it.

The legal bits

• My total responsibility for an order is capped at what you paid for it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
• If I update these terms, the version you agreed to at checkout is the one that applies to your order.
• How I handle your information is in the privacy policy.
